
The NSCA Early Head Start- Child Care Partnerships program offers full day Early Head Start programming for children between the ages of 4 months and 3 years who live in the zip codes 19122, 19133, 19134 or 19140. NSCA offers a full immersion dual language curriculum, preparing students to have a command of both English and Spanish when they enter kindergarten. The NSCA Early Head Start program includes:
- Accommodations for Children with Special Needs
- Formula and Family Style Meals
- Dual Language Immersion Curriculum (English and Spanish)
- Exposure of Puerto Rican Culture and Heritage
- Experienced and Certified Bilingual Staff
- Extended Hours Upon Request (7:30am - 6:30pm)
- Health and Wellness Screenings
- Family Access to Supportive Services Such as Affordable Housing, Case Management and After School Programs
In order to qualify for Early Head Start-Child Care Partnerships, families must meet the following income guidelines and have a parent who is working or in school or job training.
