Norris Square Community Alliance's Neighborhood Development Program works to fulfill NSCA's mission to build the community by developing and improving the physical environment. The Neighborhood Development Program includes all property acquisitions, new construction and rehabilitation activities necessary to successfully meet the corporation's neighborhood revitalization objectives. Projects for Neighborhood Development have included both rehabilitated and newly constructed affordable housing as well as commercial projects like The Children's Center. Since 2008, NSCA has developed 177 units of affordable housing.
