NSCA is committed to increasing the stock of affordable homeownership opportunities while addressing the problem of vacant lots and abandoned properties in Lower North Philadelphia. NSCA’s Housing Counseling program also offers monthly pre-purchase workshops to help prepare you to purchase a home, whether you are a first time buyer or you are looking to buy another home.
