The Broadband Technology Opportunities Program (BTOP) Computer Lab at NSCA is made possible through a grant from the Mission Economic Development Agency and the National Association of Latino Community Asset Builders. The computer lab features over twenty broadband capable computers and is available for public access and to host classes and workshops.
