Zoning

NSCA is the Registered Community Organization for the Norris Square neighborhood and hosts monthly meetings of the Zoning Committee.

The Zoning Committee is comprised of volunteer members all working to monitor the various requests for zoning variances taking place in the Norris Square community. The purpose of the Zoning Committee is to conduct public forums to discuss and review applicant requests for zoning variances occurring within the boundaries of the Norris Square RCO. Membership on the Zoning Committee is open to those who live within the boundaries of the Norris Square RCO. Zoning Meetings are open to the public, but voting is limited to those who live in the catchment area (see map below).

Zoning meetings are held the second Wednesday of every month, both via Zoom and live at 174 Diamond st, Philadelphia PA 19122 starting at 5:30 pm.
